Savu (means smoke in Finnish), this handsome cat that was born and raised in Spain, is very loving and needs a lot of attention. He loves belly rubs, cuddles play and food. Who doesn't! When you are at home, he is guaranteed to be glued next you, and over you, and he will treat you as his personal pillow. Savu firmly believes that you coming back home in the evening is the best thing ever, every day. Savu is very smart, he can "high-five" you when he thinks you've done a good job (or have treats).

The reason Savu is looking for a new home is that he is quite territorial and not a big fan of change, and we are having a baby. He believes he is the king of the house and therefore he is suitable for a maximum two-adult home. He is used to spending time alone and doesn't think he needs to take on any vengeful actions for that. You can leave him alone and know you are coming back to your house in the same state it was when you left. But when you are home, he does require attention. He is not a big fan of closed doors and can get pretty noisy if left outside of the room.

Savu is not used to going outside, so he is very happy to be indoors. If there was a chance to go outside to a garden, we're sure that after an initial shock he would love it, but again, he is perfectly happy indoors. He is very well behaved, he has never done his business outside the litter box and he is neutralised. Before rehoming, we are happy to make sure that all his vaccines are up to date and he is good to go (he also has a EU pet passport with a record of all his vaccines). Savu doesn't get scared easily when indoors and doesn't hide away (actually, he prefers to be in the middle of everything, literally).

We don't really know how he would behave with other pets, so just to be on the safe side he is not suited for homes with more pets.
