Sheba and Tiger

0.00

Sheba and Tiger are mother and son ginger cats who need to be homed together. They are probably both young middle age. Even though Sheba is a fraction of the size and weight of Tiger, she is on the bossy side and will swipe him just because…I have not seen Tiger retaliate. They regularly groom one another and sometimes snuggle up together, sometimes they stay apart.

Both are gentle, affectionate cats. Fluffy Sheba is happy to be picked up, will readily sit on your lap and enjoys being stroked and groomed. She is also rather drooly which means a shake of her head and be prepared to be sprayed.

Tiger is gentle but on the reserved side. He can be picked up but usually wants to be released almost immediately. He is a short haired ginger with a very striking face and a very distinctive stripy tale. He adores being groomed, even more so than Sheba, purring away at full throttle.

Sometimes Sheba and Tiger will very gently pat you for attention if you’re standing nearby doing something else. They always do so with their claws retracted.

Sheba is not keen on other cats so in their future home they should be the only cats (probably the only pets too).

They are both fairly self-contained and while both enjoy attention, they do not need lots of human interaction. They would be tolerant with children provided Tiger is not pursued as this is likely to be stressful for him.
