All the adult cats in our foster care will have been vet checked, neutered, vaccinated, deflead, wormed & microchipped by the time they are rehomed. Kittens of 9 weeks are rehomed with a 1st vaccination and will have had a full vaccination course if rehomed at 13 weeks. For cats under 6 months we need you to agree to get them neutered and microchipped by 6 months of age.
Our adoption fees are £125 for a single kitten under 6 months, £200 for a pair of kittens under 6 months, £120 for an adult cat and £90 for cats of 10 years and over. We rehome cats as indoor only if they have a disability, are FIV or FeLV positive or are at least 10 years old and show no more interest in going outside.
When applying to adopt a cat, please put the name of the cat in the subject line of your email. If your enquiry is more general and you are looking for a type of cat, for instance an older cat, an indoor only cat, a cat with a disability or special needs, or a pair of cats or kittens, please put this in the subject line.
Bunny II
Bunny II
Bunny II or more affectionately known as Fauxbunny is a neighborhood stay. She is looking for a fosterer or a forever home!!! It’s getting cold out and her temporary carer is traveling for the next three months.
Fauxbunny is named after her doppelgänger, Bunny, who was discovered in the same neighborhood before her and was successfully rehomed.
As one of the neighborhood strays, Fauxbunny splits her time on the streets and in her temporary carer’s room - when she needs food and a cozy spot to sleep. (Carer’s landlord refuses to make an exemption to let Fauxbunny live indoors until fostered/adopted, sadly.)
Fauxbunny is a very gentle and shy stray - she may be timid initially but once she realizes she can trust you, she will be super affectionate, headbutting you for pets. As her carer often leaves the window ajar for her, she would run into the room at night or early morning, patiently wait for her carer to wake up and pet her. Also, Fauxbunny is a very vocal little thing. It’s unknown if she does well with children and other animals, but she gets along peacefully with other neighborhood strays who occasionally come to her carer’s room for food and shelter.
Despite being a street cat, Fauxbunny has never shown any sign of violence or aggression since she found her carer around April/May 2024.
Her ear is clipped, so very likely spayed, but her fosterer or new parent(s) should definitely take her to the vet to confirm it, please!
Finally, she looks young, probably 1 year old or so. She is also tiny for an adult cat. She has a beautiful black coat and striking green eyes.
She has been through a lot in her short life. It is getting cold, please give her a proper foster/forever home!
