All the adult cats in our foster care will have been vet checked, neutered, vaccinated, deflead, wormed & microchipped by the time they are rehomed. Kittens of 9 weeks are rehomed with a 1st vaccination and will have had a full vaccination course if rehomed at 13 weeks. For cats under 6 months we need you to agree to get them neutered and microchipped by 6 months of age.
Our adoption fees are £125 for a single kitten under 6 months, £200 for a pair of kittens under 6 months, £120 for an adult cat and £90 for cats of 10 years and over. We rehome cats as indoor only if they have a disability, are FIV or FeLV positive or are at least 10 years old and show no more interest in going outside.
When applying to adopt a cat, please put the name of the cat in the subject line of your email. If your enquiry is more general and you are looking for a type of cat, for instance an older cat, an indoor only cat, a cat with a disability or special needs, or a pair of cats or kittens, please put this in the subject line.
Lola and Fred
Lola and Fred
Lola is curious, she likes to be involved and will follow you around when you're doing things, but pretends she's not interested. She likes head scratchies, nose scratchies, neck scratchies and bum scratchies and wants to play with you. She saves her purrs for when she's really comfortable and getting lots of scratchies (2 hands are required). Lola likes to eat, and meows and gets noisy when she's hungry (she's always hungry!). She doesn't really cuddle in human beds but she likes to lie next to heaters and radiators
Fred is shy but surprisingly affectionate. He hides when it is loud or noisy but as soon as you sit down he likes to brush against your legs and receive head and neck scratchies from you. He will also follow you around, covertly, until you sit down in a chair or lie down in bed so he can pounce and join you for cuddles. He purrs especially loud when in human beds for nap time. When the human is unavailable he will cuddle in the cat beds with Lola or Billy. He likes food like his mum and even if he's feeling shy that day he will appear at the sound of food for snacks and treats.
