All the adult cats in our foster care will have been vet checked, neutered, vaccinated, deflead, wormed & microchipped by the time they are rehomed. Kittens of 9 weeks are rehomed with a 1st vaccination and will have had a full vaccination course if rehomed at 13 weeks. For cats under 6 months we need you to agree to get them neutered and microchipped by 6 months of age.
Our adoption fees are £125 for a single kitten under 6 months, £200 for a pair of kittens under 6 months, £120 for an adult cat and £90 for cats of 10 years and over. We rehome cats as indoor only if they have a disability, are FIV or FeLV positive or are at least 10 years old and show no more interest in going outside.
When applying to adopt a cat, please put the name of the cat in the subject line of your email. If your enquiry is more general and you are looking for a type of cat, for instance an older cat, an indoor only cat, a cat with a disability or special needs, or a pair of cats or kittens, please put this in the subject line.
Mona and the Kittens
Mona and the Kittens
Mona is a lovely and very friendly black cat. She is quite laid back and loves attention. Which is not necessarily getting enough these days as she has five kittens: two girls are called Lucy and Alice and three boys called Frankie, Moe and Donnie.
The vet estimated the kittens were born around 26th of January because they were two weeks old when rescued on 9th of February. They have unique white markings apart from Donnie who is all black like mum. They are all very friendly and well socialised lovely kittens and start showing their individual personalities.
Donnie, the all-black kitten, is so sweet and friendly. He is the first to come and start climbing up on his foster carer for play and cuddles.
Frankie, aka Frankie Boy, is also very friendly and will like climbing on you, too. He is very confident and boisterous. Frankie has the most white markings across his face and big line on white on his nose.
Cute Moe used to be slightly smaller than his siblings but has grown bigger now. He is dopey and adorable. very friendly and playful. Moe has the smallest white markings on is face and nose.
Alice is a bit more shy and hasn’t so far joined in the climbing action. She is very inquisitive and loves to play and play-fight. Alice has a white beauty spot.
Lucy has a bit of sass about her and is increasingly confident. She also likes climbing up onto your lap. Lucy has a white chin like an orca whale.
They are looking to be adopted in pairs with one of the kittens going with mum Mona.
